Print Palette works with gift customers, small businesses, and clubs that need personalized items in manageable quantities. Typical orders include mugs, tote bags, notebooks, gift bundles, and small team merchandise sets.

The process starts with an inquiry, quantity and deadline review, and a check of your artwork or name list. We then prepare a quote based on the item mix, sizes, and personalization, followed by a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For team merchandise orders, we usually work from 10 to 75 items, with a minimum lead time of 10 days and a deposit of 40 percent. Finished items can be sorted by variant to make collection easier.

Orders can be placed by email, file upload, contact form, or studio visit. Collection and production are handled in Celje, with payment available by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection.
